Hi Candidates, We have an opportunities with one of the leading manufacturing brand for the Team Manager Project for noida location. Job Description- Job Title Team Manager - Projects Purpose Ensure project delivery well within time and within budget. Oversee the project to ensure its progress is as per schedule and coordinate with various parties for timely delivery. Key Accountability Accountability Key Activities KPI *VENDOR MANAGEMENT Approach vendors / service providers for various products and service needed for project execution. *Prepare vendor comparative on rates, terms & conditions, technical specification parameters. Coordinate with procurement department for vendor selection. Place order with vendors and regular follow up with them for timely deliveries. Ensure delivery as per specifications. Errors in preparing vendor comparative. Lapses in verifying technical specifications. Errors in placing orders. PROJECT COORDINATION Coordinate with vendors / contractors / architects / service providers for project work. Prepare Project Budget V’s Expense statement in coordination with Corporate Accounts & Finance Dept on monthly basis. Lapses in coordination Errors in project expense statements. Errors in recording project expense. DOCUMENTATION Ensure complete documentation related to projects. Ensure complete documentation of project bills. Lapses in project document filing. SITE VISIT Regularly visit project site to verify project status. Adherence to Site Visit Schedule REPORTING Prepare and circulate “Minutes of Project Meeting” Prepare and circulate “Weekly Progress Report” Upload project status pics in “greatplus” Lapses in circulating Project meeting minutes. Lapses in circulation of Project Status Report. Key Decisions Decision on screening and shortlisting vendors. Decision on finalizing vendor. Decision on certifying vendor bills for payments. Decision on site visit. Working Relation Build effective relationship with Architects, Contractors, Service Providers, Vendors, etc to ensure smooth supply and adherence to project timelines. Work closely with procurement, operations, IT, Admin department to ensure all system in place. Build healthy relationships with other functions such as Account & Finance to ensure timely payments. Close relation with Subordinates to ensure harmonious working conditions. Experience & Qualification As per the policy.
