Job Description

In this role at Voya India, you will be responsible for leading the operations team and working closely with internal and onshore teams to ensure a reliable and operationally effective flow of processes. Your duties will include interacting directly with stakeholders to deliver business requirements, planning, organizing, and directing the work of subordinates, outlining procedures and instructions on work received, making estimations on new jobs received, and checking the accuracy/quality of content creation/population done by others. You will also be responsible for motivating and guiding the team to achieve daily targets in a timely manner, identifying and fixing gaps in processes between offshore and onshore teams, and partnering with management to ensure compliance and scalable communication processes. Additionally, you will actively work with various internal teams to drive tools and process improvements, manage SLA, process flows, and escalations, and lead people management, performance management, rewards & recognition initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead operations team and ensure reliable process flow - Interact with stakeholders to deliver business requirements - Plan, organize, and direct the work of subordinates - Make estimations on new jobs and check accuracy/quality of content - Motivate and guide team to achieve daily targets - Identify and fix gaps in processes between offshore and onshore teams - Partner with management to ensure compliance and scalable communication processes - Drive tools and process improvements - Manage SLA, process flows, and escalations - Lead people management, performance management, rewards & recognition - Implement career development plans for team members - Mentor quality lead/process expert for process efficiency Qualifications Required: - In-depth knowledge of US Retirement 401K business (Money-In/Money-Out) - Experience in handling a team size of 15-20 people - Minimum 10 years of experience in US Retirement 401K business & 3 Years in People Management Role - Excellent communications and analytical skills - Self-starter, proactive, target-oriented with attention to detail - Strong networking skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to make decisions within guidelines and balance risk and service needs - Flexibility to work in night shifts as required Please note that knowledge on SLA/Attrition/Quality is a plus for this role.,
