Team Leader Tech– Laravel PHP & Django Python

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Team Leader with strong expertise in Laravel and Django (Python) frameworks to lead a small development team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in each technology, solid database knowledge, and the ability to guide and mentor team members while ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and mentor the development team in Laravel and Django projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and timelines.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Laravel (php) and Django (Python).
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in production.
• Manage database design and queries for PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Requirements
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in Laravel (PHP).
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in Django (Python).
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.
• Strong skills in GitHub and some skills in AWS would be required.
• Experience in API development (REST/GraphQL).
• Ability to lead a small team and manage tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
