Team Leader - Presales

As a Team Leader - Presales (Direct Marketing/Tele calling), you will be responsible for leading a team at various locations such as Andheri, Mira Road, Thane, Virar, Bandra, Santacruz, etc. Your primary role will involve overseeing and managing the presales activities related to direct marketing and tele calling. Location: Andheri - Virar - Mira Road. Experience: - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in presales, direct marketing, or tele calling. - Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a team towards achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of presales executives engaged in direct marketing and tele calling activities. - Develop strategies to effectively promote products/services and generate leads through tele calling and other direct marketing channels. - Monitor team performance, provide guidance and support, and ensure targets are met within the specified timelines. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align presales activities with overall business objectives. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
