CarBounty is a new-car buying platform based in Sector 48, Gurugram (urbanFleet Technology Pvt Ltd, DPIIT-recognised). Verified buyers tell us the exact car they want; our dealer partners send them complete offers. We are a small, fast-moving team and this is a hands-on leadership role.

The role
You will lead a 4-person team — 2 tele-callers and 1 data/operations executive — and own the daily number: buyers contacted, buyers qualified, buyers converted. You will report directly to the founders.

What you will do

• Run the team — set daily call and follow-up targets, review every caller’s work each day, coach on calls, and fix problems the same day.
• Hit targets — own weekly and monthly conversion goals for the team; track them on a simple sheet and report to the founders every week.
• Corporate approach — reach out to companies in Gurugram/NCR (HR, admin, employee-benefit teams) to bring CarBounty to their employees; set up meetings and follow through.
• Customer relationship — personally handle high-value or difficult buyers, resolve complaints fast, and make sure every buyer gets a call back on time.
• Day-to-day affairs — keep the office running: attendance, call logs, lead sheets, handover to the Business Development team, and anything else that keeps the week on track.

Who we are looking for

• 3–6 years in sales, with at least 1–2 years leading a small tele-sales or inside-sales team.
• Car dealership or auto-sales background strongly preferred — you know how a car is sold, from enquiry to delivery, and can teach it.
• Comfortable talking to corporate HR/admin teams and walking into an office to pitch.
• Fluent in Hindi and English.
• Works well with Excel/Google Sheets; keeps records clean without being told.
• Takes ownership. If the number is short, you find the fix — you don’t wait for instructions.

Terms

• Full-time, 6 days a week, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm, work from office at Sector 48, Sohna Road, Gurugram. Some field visits for corporate meetings.
• Salary: ₹35,000 in-hand per month + team incentives on targets achieved.
• Joining within 15–30 days preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
