Role Overview: As a Team Leader at our company in Pune, you will be responsible for overseeing a team and ensuring the smooth functioning of operations related to Adjudication, Adjustments, and Provider Maintenance in the US Healthcare domain. Your role will involve managing team members, assisting with queries, and ensuring adherence to company norms. You must have a strong understanding of CPT Codes, Diagnosis Codes, and the Authorization Process. Key Responsibilities: - Assist team members with queries and take ownership of their targets & goals - Manage a team of 10-15 associates - Ensure adherence to attendance, punctuality, reporting, and completion of work Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or Designated Team Leader - At least 5 years of experience in Adjudication, Adjustments, or Provider Maintenance - Strong knowledge of US Healthcare processes - Sound understanding of CPT Codes/Diagnosis Codes - Familiarity with the Authorization Process - Ability to comprehend English - Flexibility with shift timings - Capability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders - Experience in conducting sessions and providing OJT support,
