• Responsible for achieving the production volume as per the plan
• Continuous improvement of Process/operation by improving system /Process/Benchmarking
• Responsible for achieving targeted Energy, ORM, Consumable consumption
• Should ensure on-time implementation of the identified single agenda projects
• Works to develop a culture improvement (Trust, Empowerment, Collaboration) focused on people engagement
• standards to achieve benchmark operational performance
• Responsible for adherence of Safety protocols & also to ensure Zero incidents across the line
• Responsible for creation of competent team members by constant review mechanism and providing support to improve loss intelligence.
• Responsible for motivating team members to maintaining good work place & basic machine conditions through AM
• Responsible for driving the individuals & Team to achieve TEI targets – Suggestions, SMAT, QMAT TF4 & TF5 reporting
• Should conduct periodic review, mentoring the team and conflict handling
• Knowledge of ISO/IATF/OHSAS

Key skills

Productivity/OEE improvements, Yield improvements, Process improvements, compliance

Hard code experience in Furnace is required

Collaborative approach, man management and communication

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
