Team Leader- Inbound/Outbound (Voice Process)

As a Software Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Development Manager with various aspects of software design and coding. Your responsibilities will include attending and actively contributing to development meetings, continuously learning and enhancing your coding skills, writing and maintaining code, as well as working on minor bug fixes. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring the technical performance of internal systems, promptly responding to requests from the development team, and gathering valuable feedback from consumers regarding program functionality. Furthermore, preparing detailed reports based on your findings will be an essential part of your role. To be eligible for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science along with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in basic coding languages such as .NET Framework 4.0 and above, .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, WPF, WCF, jQuery, and JavaScript is required. Additionally, knowledge in MSSQL and MySQL, programming experience, familiarity with databases and operating systems, as well as a good working knowledge of email systems and Microsoft Office software are essential.
