Job Title: Team Leader – HR (Male) Location: Nedumbassery, Kerala Salary: ₹30,000 per month Experience: Minimum 5 years in Core HR with Team Handling experience Qualification: MBA in Human Resources Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader – HR to manage and oversee the performance of HR Executives located across the South region, including Trivandrum, Kollam, Haripad, and Pathanamthitta. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive HR operations efficiently. Requirements: Gender: Male candidates only (as per operational requirement) Education: MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory) Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Core HR with proven experience in handling a team.
