Job Description

Job Description: As a highly experienced Civil Engineer, your role will involve overall project management for highway projects. You will report directly to the Principal Client and be responsible for reviewing detailed engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and supporting calculations for the project. Your key responsibilities will include: - Administering the Civil Works Contract and providing advice to the Employer on all implementation matters, such as progress monitoring, certification of work, handling variations, settling disputes, and potentially engaging in arbitration or litigation if necessary. - Monitoring, inspecting, and certifying both temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the Contract provisions, approved Quality Assurance Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Environmental Management Plan, and Method Statements. Minimum Qualifications: - Graduation in Civil Engineering Total Professional Experience: - Minimum 20 years Experience in Highway Projects: - Minimum 15 years Experience in Similar Capacity: - Team Leader in at least 2 Eligible Road Projects (Note: No additional company details were provided in the job description.),
