Team Leader - CAPI

Location

Gurugram (Work from office – 6 days working)

Shift Timings

Indian Shift: 10PM – 7 PM

• Maintain clear and professional email communication with existing clients with a good understanding of their requirements
• Independently manage all aspects of CAPI projects, including briefing, mock interviews, and de-briefing sessions
• Drive daily productivity targets, uphold quality control standards, and ensure on-time delivery of client projects
• Manage a pool of freelancers and fieldwork vendors to execute face-to-face data collection (CAPI) efficiently
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of CAPI tools, techniques, and software such as Decipher, Confirmit, CCP, etc
• Negotiate effectively with fieldwork teams and partners to optimize costs without compromising quality
• Travel across multiple locations as needed for client visits, accompaniments, and to observe fieldwork operations

Skills Required

• Experience managing CAPI projects and familiarity with field data collection processes
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Strong understanding of client requirements and ability to translate them into actionable plans
• Proficiency in CAPI-related software and tools
• Ability to manage and coordinate freelancers and vendors effectively
• Willingness to travel as required for project execution and client engagement
