The ideal candidate will be a people-focused leader with strong analytical skills and experience in performance management.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations and ensure consistent service deliveryManage team performance through monitoring, coaching, and regular feedbackHandle transitions of new processes independentlyTrack key metrics, SLAs, and ensure timely reportingCollaborate closely with management to implement HR and operational policiesBuild strong interpersonal relationships within the team and across departmentsConduct audits and performance evaluationsManage client portfolios and drive process improvementsSubmit regular operations reviews and manage attendance incentivesPreferred Candidate Profile:Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)On paper minimum 2 years experience as a Team Leader in back-office operations Excellent communication (verbal and written)Proficient in MS Excel and data analysisStrong presentation and analytical skillsOpen to working in UK/US shift
