Team Leader - API Manufacturing Excellence

Job Description: As a Manufacturing Excellence Manager for an API unit, your main responsibility will be to monitor and control manufacturing activities to achieve the best yield and quality. You will study variability in production processes, review reports, and pass quality benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor the execution of manufacturing excellence initiatives by preparing and reviewing reports to drive yield improvement. - Ensure optimal utilization of equipment capacity by suggesting debottlenecking and scale-ups for increased productivity. - Support in identifying and executing cost improvement projects to reduce manufacturing costs. - Review study reports of unit operations and time cycles to optimize production and reduce lead time. - Investigate rejected batches to identify root causes and minimize batch rejection. - Discuss and implement new systems and technologies to reduce production costs and ensure smooth operations. Qualification Required: - B.E. in Chemical Engineering - 10 years of experience in API Manufacturing with 2 years in manufacturing excellence - Understanding of API manufacturing operations, safety, and cGMP systems,
