Job Details:

Designation: Team Lead

Job Level: JL 4B

Work location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Exp: 4-8 years (Team Lead experience is mandatory)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner to 60 Days

Shift Timings: Rotational Shift including night shift (US Shift)

Qualification: Any Graduate (Full Time Education)

Note:

Candidate should have the hands-on experience and on paper experience as Team Lead
Candidate should have proficiency in Oral & written communication.

Skill Set:

4-8 Years exp. with 4-8 years of supervisory exp. in Middle and Back Office Capital Market Ops (Securities Ops, Wealth and Asset Management Ops, Exposure to financial Instruments & Financial markets). Activities like Settlements, Trade Delivery, Affirmation and Confirmation, Failed Trade Tracking, Currency Balancing Monitoring, Depository and Custody Review.

Minimum Experience:

4+ years in Capital market operations (Middle and Back office)

Areas of Responsibility:

1. Complex transaction processing

2. Perform QC for junior associates

3. Training of resources
