Key Responsibilities

Overview

Engineering Lead

Banking domain Exposure

Corporate Banking is preferable

or Banking with payments

Strong Hands on Experience on Node or React or Both

Expertise in Microservices from design to deployment

Good and Clear communication

Total Exp : 8 to 15

What you will do?

Collaborate with Transaction Banking business experts to clarify and refine requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
Integrate solutions across the enterprise, including Core Banking, Payment Hub, and Payment Gateway.
Work closely with DevOps and Security teams to ensure the system is secure, reliable, and high-performing.
Continuously improve code quality, system performance, and development processes using AI tools.
Qualification
Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
15+ years Proven experience in client relationship management, delivery management within the BFSI domain.
Ability to lead large team in ODC set up , someone who has grown from technical developer role to this would be of high value
Demonstrated success in developing and presenting proactive proposals to clients.
In-depth understanding of BFSI industry dynamics, regulations, and technology trends.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
