Job Description

Role summary Administering the delivery of peer review services for our customers and oversee a team of Peer review assistants. Ensure smooth team functioning to meet the productivity and quality targets across the given portfolio. Responsible for the recruitment, training, coaching and performance management of the team members. Works with the customer POCs on the reporting, process improvement, and quality management to ensure high performance of the team. Strong customer focus, managing internal and external stakeholders expectations. Qualifications Experience of managing teams in scholarly publishing, preferably journal peer review process. Experience in peer review management systems, such as Editorial Manager or ScholarOne. Experience in customer-facing roles. Possess good people and team management skills.
