Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead Search Engine Optimization (SEO) with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research and analyze website content to optimize for search engines.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all websites.
Monitor and analyze website analytics to track SEO performance and make data-driven decisions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to continuously improve SEO efforts.
Lead and manage a team of SEO professionals to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in SEO with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret website analytics and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving business objectives.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools and software, including Google Analytics and SEMrush.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including development and marketing.
