Team Lead-Risk Operations

Job Description: At Fi, you will lead a team of analysts and ensure that the team is meeting its goals and objectives. You will also lead and manage new projects within the AML/KYC compliance team, including project planning, execution, and closure. Your responsibilities will include conducting due diligence on customers and transactions, identifying & reporting suspicious activity, and implementing and maintaining compliance procedures in accordance with AML and KYC regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation of due diligence and compliance procedures. Providing training and mentoring to team members on AML and KYC regulations and procedures will also be part of your role. Collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies is essential.
