Team Lead - QR Sales - Karnataka

Role Overview: You will be responsible for increasing the sale of QR & Soundbox through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations. Your role will involve growing distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations, ensuring visibility accountability through extensive QR & Soundbox deployment, recruiting and aligning the sales team, coaching and mentoring the team, planning market size and geographies for FSE, devising effective communication methods for team targets, monitoring quality parameters, conducting audits, and ensuring team presence in the market regularly. Your success in this role will be driven by your high level of drive, initiative, self-motivation, experience in leading teams, and growth mindset.
