Team Lead - PHP

As a Team Lead in PHP at CitiusTech, you will be an integral part of an Agile team dedicated to designing and constructing healthcare applications, as well as implementing new features while adhering to the highest coding development standards. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining web applications using PHP (such as Laravel, Symfony, or custom frameworks), constructing and supporting backend services and APIs using Python (Django, Flask) and C# (.NET Core), collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability, writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems, and ensuring that security and data protection best practices are followed. To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in software development using PHP and C#, a strong grasp of object-oriented programming and design patterns, familiarity with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture, as well as knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular. Experience in version control systems like Git, good problem-solving abilities, and communication skills are essential. Additionally, it would be advantageous to have experience in Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, exposure to containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and an understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
