Job Description

We are hiring Team lead for Social media on Online reputation management role. Location - Ghansoli. Shifts timings: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (9:15 hours) Week Off: 2 Rotational Week off Transport: Post 9 pm will be eligible for Home Drop. Roles and Responsibilities: Experience required with inbound/outbound contacts and back office preferred - experience integrating multiple channels into a service model handling social media platforms like Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc... Should have exhibited excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills, a detail-oriented personality, and a collaborative spirit. Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring that issues are resolved swiftly and satisfactorily. Work closely with other departments to address root causes of complaints. Lead and manage a team responsible for monitoring and responding to social media and email communications. Ensure that all team members are trained and equipped to handle customer interactions professionally and effectively. Needs to be high on responsibility and ownership. Is responsible for carrying out appraisals of Team Members. Qualification & must have skill Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 12 + 4 years of full time education. Overall 5 year of work experience in a with minimum of 1 + year as an Team handling. Domain expertize needed as Premium segment Voice/Email/Chat/ORM Program.
