Role Overview: MinutestoSeconds is a dynamic organization specializing in outsourcing services, digital marketing, IT recruitment, and custom IT projects. Key Responsibilities: - Handle a team of 20 to 30 people. - Responsible for New Hire training and Quality audits. - Communicate directly with US clients on a daily basis, create and publish reports. - Supervise call center associates, monitor work and attendance, ensure compliance with organization policies and legal requirements. - Provide effective coaching to team members for consistent high-performance delivery. - Identify performance issues, develop improvement action plans, and implement corrective actions. - Conduct Team Meetings for efficient communication and input sharing. - Schedule and organize team activities, stay updated on internal processes and policies. - Attend manager development training, promote company values, and lead by example. Qualification Required: - Experience in direct Client interaction is preferred. - Willingness to work in a flexible schedule. - Healthcare domain knowledge with experience in Billing and Reconciliation; Benefit Access is an advantage. - Graduate in any discipline is essential.,
