As a Team Lead .NET, Azure & React at Zywave, your role involves leading the development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications using .NET, Azure, React, and SQL Server. Additionally, you will collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA engineers to deliver impactful solutions and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple projects. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using .NET, Azure, React, and SQL Server. - Collaborating with product managers, business analysts, and QA engineers to deliver impactful and high-quality solutions. - Defining and enforcing coding standards, best practices, and efficient development workflows. - Conducting code reviews, mentoring team members, and fostering a collaborative engineering culture. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across front-end, back-end, and cloud environments. - Supporting release management, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines. - Staying updated with emerging technologies and recommending improvements to enhance scalability, security, and performance. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a team leadership role. - Proven hands-on expertise in .NET Framework/Core, C#, Azure Technologies, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server (T-SQL), and Git. - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and project delivery. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
