Team Lead .NET, Azure & React

As a Team Lead specializing in .NET, Azure & React at Zywave in Pune, India, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. Your role will involve guiding a high-performing engineering team, ensuring the adoption of best practices, and maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality solutions across multiple projects. Proficiency in .NET Framework/Core, C#, Azure Technologies, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Git is essential. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities are also key qualifications for this role. Mandatory skills for this position include expertise in .NET, Azure Technologies, React, SQL Server, and Git. Additionally, knowledge of Python, YAML, Terraform, AI/ML exposure, and Prompt Engineering would be considered as nice-to-have skills.
