Team Lead MERN

Role Overview: As a Team Lead - MERN, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and documenting requirements for system enhancements and business processes. Your responsibilities will include developing technical specifications and architecture, writing clean and testable code using JavaScript and React Framework, and ensuring accurate estimates for Sprint Planning. Additionally, you will be involved in bug fixing, maintenance upgrades, code reviews, and collaborating with a diverse set of developers for timely delivery of application/modules. Working with Backend GraphQL and REST Apis, debugging, unit testing, and writing documentation are also key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and document requirements for enhancements - Develop technical specifications and architecture - Write clean, testable code using JavaScript and React Framework - Provide accurate estimates for Sprint Planning - Bug fixing and maintenance upgrades - Perform code reviews and refactor code - Collaborate with developers for on-time delivery - Work with Backend GraphQL and REST Apis - Debug and Unit Test application features - Write Documentation Qualifications: - Education: BE / B. Tech / MCA / B. Sc. IT - Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience - Strong expertise in React Framework - Desirable knowledge/experience with GraphQL - Proficiency in modern techniques like Responsive Web Design - Familiarity with CSS/SCSS, HTML5, and industry standard practices - Proficient with tools like TFS, Visual Studio, etc. Please note that this role reports into the Application Architect. This is a contractual/temporary position for a duration of 6 months. You will be working 5 days a week at the Mumbai location. Kindly ensure you possess skills in React JS, Node JS, CSS, HTML5, Javascript, and REST API as mentioned in the application questions. Working in person at the Mumbai location is a requirement for this role.,
