Team Lead Medical Coding - Surgery / Observation

As a Medical Coding Team Lead specializing in Outpatient (OP) Surgery and Observation, your role will involve leading a team of coders to ensure accurate and timely coding practices. You will be based in Mumbai, specifically in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, working from the office. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in Outpatient Medical Coding for Surgery and Observation. - Demonstrated experience in leading a team directly or indirectly for at least 6 months. - Possession of a certification as a coder (CPC, CCS, COC, CIC, or equivalent). - Proven track record in team management or leadership positions. - Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
