Team Lead (MALE ONLY)

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Leader to manage the Telecalling and Marketing team at Narayana e-Techno School. The role includes supervising telecallers, executing marketing campaigns, achieving admission targets, and ensuring a professional and engaging experience for prospective parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the telecalling and admissions team.
• Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns to generate quality leads for admissions.
• Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for telecallers and campaigns.
• Monitor telecallers’ calls, follow-ups, and conversion rates to improve team performance.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members for effective parent counselling.
• Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams for events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate reports of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and campaign outcomes.
• Ensure a professional and positive experience for all prospective parents and students.
• 3–5 years of experience in team management, telecalling, marketing, or admissions (education sector preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
