Admission Counsellor (Female Preferred)

We are looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor to join our Marketing & Admissions team at Narayana e-Techno School. The candidate will guide prospective parents and students through the admission process, represent the school professionally, and help achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online admission inquiries with professionalism and confidence.
• Counsel parents and students about Narayana e-Techno School’s academic programs, integrated e-Techno curriculum, and unique learning methodology.
• Explain the school’s admission process, fee structure, facilities, and academic advantages in detail.
• Guide parents throughout the admission journey, ensuring a smooth and transparent onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Admissions teams during campaigns, events, and school promotions.
• Proactively follow up with prospective parents to achieve and exceed admission targets.
• Participate in admission drives, parent orientation sessions, and other promotional initiatives.
• Build strong rapport with parents and maintain a positive representation of the school’s brand values.
• Exhibit excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills with a results-driven attitude.
• 2–4 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or sales (preferably in the education sector).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
