Role Overview: You will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of various types of databases related to acquisition, consolidation, swapping, notification, and annuity. Additionally, you will oversee Khewat Partition work, which involves physical surveys, file preparation, revenue record checks, service of summons, site surveys, demarcation, possession finalization, pillar installation, and implementation in the land portal. Your duties will also include implementing selective purchase and swapping in the designated area, completing Tatima Sale deed, and managing works related to Tehsil. Moreover, you will be responsible for processing and ensuring annuity distribution to land sellers. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze various types of databases related to acquisition, consolidation, swapping, notification, and annuity - Conduct physical surveys of khewats, collect addresses, prepare files, check revenue records, serve summons, manage site surveys, demarcate land, finalize possession, install pillars, and implement in land portal - Implement selective purchase and swapping in the designated area - Complete Tatima Sale deed and manage works related to Tehsil - Process and ensure annuity distribution to land sellers Qualification Required: - Graduate/Post Graduate Additional Details: N/A,
