Team Lead - Java Developer

As a backend lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of high-availability, distributed systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Your role will involve architecting, designing, and optimizing systems capable of processing millions of transactions. You will drive the adoption of DevOps best practices utilizing technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, you will ensure robust message handling through tools like Kafka or RabbitMQ and manage databases like Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB. Collaboration across teams using Git, JIRA, and Confluence will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Java as their primary superpower, along with experience in Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, Kafka or RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, Docker, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, RESTful APIs, Git, JIRA, Confluence, and CI/CD using Jenkins. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or B.Tech and have a minimum of 4 years of solid backend experience. Problem-solving skills, a hands-on attitude, and the ability to lead with empathy and technical clarity are essential qualities that we are looking for in a candidate.
