Team Lead Home Loan

The Sr Manager/Team Lead - Mortgages position requires a minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in the Mortgage industry, managing end-to-end operations. As the Sr Manager/Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating with Bank & Loan Bazaar sales Relationship Managers (RMs), interacting with customers, and ensuring follow-ups. The ideal candidate should hold a Graduate degree in Commerce or Finance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of tele callers to generate sales leads for Home loans, LAP, Balance Transfer & Top up. - Provide domain training, monitor calls, and advise customers on appropriate banking products. - Prepare Mortgage files for submission to respective banks by coordinating documents with RMs, reviewing completeness against checklist, and submitting for logins. - Coordinate with banking RMs for logins, legal & technical initiation, personal discussions, and post-login queries to ensure timely disbursements. - Assign new leads to Loan Bazaar RMs after discussion with the business head for bank selection and client meetings. - Maintain daily MIS for case monitoring and progress, conduct daily review calls with business heads and RMs for effective follow-ups with clients and bankers.
