Lead and drive multiple architectural projects from concept, design development, and statutory approvals through to final handover.
• Coordinate seamlessly with structural, MEP, landscape, and allied consultants to ensure integrated, high-quality design outcomes. • Oversee and review preparation of sanction drawings, tender packages, detailed GFC sets, and all technical documentation. • Conduct high-level client interactions, design presentations, and stakeholder reviews, ensuring clarity, alignment, and design excellence. • Ensure full compliance with all statutory codes, regulations, and project delivery schedules. • Support and guide site teams, troubleshoot execution challenges, and maintain stringent quality standards throughout construction. • Mentor, inspire, and upskill junior architects and project teams, fostering a culture of learning, creativity, and accountability.
Professional degree in Architecture B.Arch or M.Arch.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in architectural consultancy, project leadership, and multidisciplinary coordination. • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) is a plus. • A robust portfolio demonstrating leadership in complex, large-scale, and multi-disciplinary projects. • Exceptional organizational, strategic planning, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a proven ability to lead teams and manage clients effectively.
