Team Lead Fullstack Engineer

As a Digital Transformation Service provider, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge digital business models. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Writing optimized code in Python and utilizing frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. - Developing code using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS libraries like Tailwind, Material UI, Bootstrap. - Participating in design sessions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies. - Collaborating closely with the Product Owner/Manager and scrum team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. - Identifying areas for code-base modification or refactoring and driving their improvement. - Maintaining best coding practices within your team. - Coordinating with clients directly on various project aspects. - Conducting client interviews for new project onboarding. To qualify for this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - 7-10 years of development experience. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects in an agile environment. - Experience with Python, Django, Flask, or FlaskAPI, as well as relational databases like Postgres or MySQL. - Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS libraries, and building serverless applications using AWS Lambda or Azure Functions. - Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, Agile, Scrum, TDD practices, and Generative AI solutions. - Ability to analyze user requirements, envision system features, and implement efficient, reusable code. - Experience with testing tools, full-stack application deployment, Atlassian JIRA/Confluence, CI/CD practices, and frameworks like Numpy, Pandas, PyTorch. - Strong database design experience and exposure to AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker. - Good to have skills include SonarQube, Kubernetes, and clean code best practices.
