Team Lead- Full Stack

You are a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer Team Lead, responsible for overseeing a team of developers in the creation of scalable web applications using modern technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, PHP, and MongoDB. Your role requires hands-on coding expertise, architectural knowledge, and effective team leadership. Your key responsibilities include mentoring and leading a team of full stack developers, designing and developing robust web applications for eCommerce and client IT solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features, maintaining and optimizing existing applications, establishing coding standards, participating in sprint planning, and troubleshooting technical issues. To excel in this role, you must possess strong proficiency in JavaScript and Angular, hands-on experience with PHP, solid understanding of MongoDB and RESTful APIs, familiarity with MVC architecture, microservices, and containerized deployment, experience in Agile/Scrum environments, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to have skills include exposure to cloud services like AWS or Azure, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems, and familiarity with additional frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js.
