Team Lead Full Stack Development (JavaScript/Node.js or Java/Spring Boot | AWS/Serverless)

In this role, you will lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers working on backend, frontend, and DevOps workflows. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end development lifecycle, driving project planning, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with Project Managers, DevOps, and QA teams.
