Team Lead - Full Stack Developer

Location- Gurugram

CTC-23-25L (including 10% variable)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead Software Developer to lead a team of developers working on AI-driven solutions. This role involves guiding and mentoring the team, while ensuring high-quality development and timely delivery of features.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines

• Design and implement scalable and maintainable software systems.
• Ensure high-quality software development practices through code reviews and mentoring.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into the product.

• Take ownership of system architecture and design decisions.

• Participate in the development of AI models and assist with their deployment.

• Ensure proper version control and CI/CD processes are followed.

• Assist with problem-solving and technical challenges faced by the development team.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and AI trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong expertise in programming languages like Python, Java, or similar.

• In-depth experience in AI/ML development, including working with LLMs.

• Experience in system design, architecture, and development practices.

• Strong understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies.

• Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior developers.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
