Team Lead Front End Developer Overview

As a Front End Developer Team Lead, you will lead a team of front-end developers, guide technical decisions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers, you will create seamless and engaging user interfaces. Your responsibilities will include mentoring the front-end development team, overseeing the design and implementation of features, collaborating with UX/UI designers, conducting code reviews, managing tasks, integrating front-end components with back-end services, designing scalable architectures, creating documentation, enforcing testing strategies, and exploring new technologies. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, proven experience as a front-end developer, expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, familiarity with modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, experience with build tools and version control systems, strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, communication skills, and preferably experience with agile development methodologies.
