Roles And Responsibilities:-
* Lead a team of Flutter developers to design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications.
* Architect and develop reusable, high-performance code using Flutter and Dart.
* Leverage prior experience in *Android Native* development for advanced integrations and performance optimization.
* Manage the *end-to-end app deployment* process to the *Google Play Store* and *Apple App Store*, including handling certificates, provisioning profiles, and store compliance.
* Ensure app compatibility across a wide range of *device models, **OS versions, and **form factors*.
* Integrate with *third-party APIs, SDKs, analytics platforms, and **payment gateways* (such as Razorpay, Stripe, Paytm, etc.).
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of app *store policies*, SDK updates, and guidelines for ongoing compliance.
* Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot bugs, and optimize app performance and battery efficiency.
* Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and QA teams to deliver consistent and user-friendly mobile experiences.
* Mentor junior developers and enforce development best practices and coding standards.
