Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of a team handling outsourced Finance & Accounting (F&A) processes for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid accounting background, and proven experience in handling transitions, process improvements, and people development. This role also requires hands-on involvement in service delivery, client engagement, and ensuring successful onboarding of new processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 15-20 F&A associates, overseeing daily planning, work allocation, managing operations, and issue resolution.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all F&A processes in accordance with client SLAs and internal KPIs.
Take ownership of performance management, coaching, and professional development of team members to maintain consistently high-quality output.
Drive a culture of client-centricity, continuous improvement, and accountability within the team.
Independently manage the transition of new processes, including SOP development, stakeholder coordination, and execution of detailed transition plans.
Act as the primary communication bridge between the team and senior management, ensuring alignment on performance goals, updates, and escalations.
