Team Lead - Field Sales

You will be responsible for selling products or services for the company and representing their brand. Your role will involve managing relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact from the initial lead outreach to when a purchase is ultimately made. To excel in this role, you must possess a Smart Phone, Bike, and Helmet. Additionally, you should have a strong zeal for growth, good market knowledge, and prior experience in a Channel Sales Role with a 5 Member Sales Team. Understanding concepts of distribution, expansion, and metrics is essential, along with a track record of enabling teams to earn lucrative incentives. Key skills that will contribute to your success in this position include having more than 3 years of experience in Channel & Distribution, previous team handling experience, and proficiency in Excel and data tools required in sales. The ideal candidate will be a graduate or above, with post-graduation being preferred.
