Team Lead - Field Sales - O&G (EDC)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for increasing the sale of EDC & Soundbox through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations. Your key responsibilities will include growing distribution and market share, deploying EDC & Soundbox extensively, recruiting and aligning the sales team, coaching and mentoring, planning market size and geographies, communicating plans/targets effectively, monitoring quality parameters, conducting audits, ensuring team presence in the market, and utilizing networking capabilities. Your success in this role will be supported by your experience in Channel & Distribution, team handling skills, and proficiency in Excel and data tools required in Sales.
