Job Description

You will be joining SolarEdge as a Technical Support Team Lead in the Global Technical Centre, where you will be responsible for leading a team of technical support specialists to provide innovative solutions for international markets. Your role will involve mentoring and developing the team, handling and resolving complex customer issues, and serving as an escalation point for unresolved technical problems. You will also conduct team meetings, performance reviews, monitor performance metrics, and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and managers. Additionally, you will prepare reports, use business analytics platforms, and demonstrate good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and CRM platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical support specialists - Handle and resolve complex customer issues - Serve as an escalation point for unresolved technical problems - Conduct team meetings and performance reviews - Monitor team performance metrics - Maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and managers - Utilize Microsoft Office products and CRM platforms effectively - Prepare reports and use business analytics platforms for periodic review **Qualifications Required:** - 5-7 years of experience in professional customer service and technical helpline or remote support - Proven people management experience - Engineering or technical qualification in Electrical and Electronics - Experience working with solar electric products is a plus - Exceptional listening and questioning skills - Outstanding written communication skills in English - Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment - Experience in an international organization is preferred - Willingness to work in a continuous shift model - Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with peers and managers SolarEdge is committed to fostering a talented and diverse workforce to drive business success and growth.
