As a seasoned DevOps Lead with 8+ years of experience, your role will involve leading and managing end-to-end DevOps practices, tools, and infrastructure. You will be responsible for automating deployment pipelines, managing CI/CD using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI, and handling application deployments across PHP, Python, and Node.js environments. Additionally, you will configure and manage web servers (Apache, NGINX) and database servers (MySQL, PostgreSQL), administer and monitor Linux-based systems, and implement infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and Docker. Your expertise in managing AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch will be crucial in ensuring the proper integration of DevOps practices into the SDLC. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end DevOps practices, tools, and infrastructure. - Automate deployment pipelines and manage CI/CD using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc. - Handle application deployments across PHP, Python, and Node.js environments. - Configure and manage web servers (Apache, NGINX) and database servers (MySQL, PostgreSQL). - Administer and monitor Linux-based systems for performance, security, and uptime. - Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and Docker. - Manage AWS infrastructure services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, etc. - Work with development teams to ensure proper integration of DevOps practices into the SDLC. - Perform basic cybersecurity and compliance-related configurations and reviews. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in dev, test, and production environments. - Guide junior DevOps engineers and collaborate across teams. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in DevOps/Cloud infrastructure roles. - Strong background in deploying PHP, Python, and Node.js applications. - Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and best practices. - Experience in configuring and managing Linux servers, Apache, and NGINX. - Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and database performance tuning. - Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, and version control (Git). - Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and infrastructure hardening. - Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. In addition, the following qualifications are preferred: - AWS certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer). - Experience with Kubernetes or ECS is a plus. - Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc. Please note that this is a full-time position with an in-person work location.
