As a Team Lead - Backend at Traya Health, you will play a crucial role in leading and inspiring multiple backend engineering teams to build and scale the core platform using the MERN stack. Your responsibilities will include owning the technical vision, driving execution of backend initiatives, fostering technical excellence, and ensuring successful delivery of the product roadmap.
