Team Lead /Assistant Manager/Manager - BA Payments - Chennai / Bangalore - GO/JC/984/2025

As a Business Analyst in the ITES/BPO industry, you will be responsible for solutioning platforms adopting ISO 20022 (CBPR+ and HVPS+). Your key responsibilities will include: - Hands-on experience with software development life cycles such as waterfall and agile. - Experience in Agile & Safe Agile practices. - Translating Customer & Software Product requirements into functional and non-functional specifications. - Guiding and assisting customers and project teams to adhere to product standards to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of the solution. - Participating and facilitating Customer & Product requirements meetings to work towards the most optimal functional solution. - Delivering impact assessments and time estimations. - Assisting the Systems Analysts and Engineering team in functional implementation by providing clear specifications. - Participating in Design review sessions and developing use case models and supporting specifications. - Contributing to and reviewing domain object models and participating in UI designs and reviews. - Providing clarifications and support to the Test team during test scenario derivation and testing processes. - Delivering functional presentations and training to customers and colleagues. - Supporting project teams for configuration of the solution. - Analyzing and answering questions from Customer & Project teams on future and implemented product features. - Creating Use Cases, Design Diagrams, Standard Operating Procedures, business and system process flows, and requirements gathering. - Ensuring test coverage & test cases validation. - Being flexible to work in any shifts including night shifts. - Looking for candidates with 0-45 days of notice period.
