Team Lead & Architects

Role Overview: Urban Frame, a knowledge-based design practice in Bengaluru, is seeking Team Lead & Architects to join their dynamic studio. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of Architects/Senior Architects on projects, managing design and delivery, ensuring alignment with client design goals, and resolving complex technical and design issues. As an Architect, you will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop design concepts, conduct detailed design work, and maintain client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and guide a team of Architects/Senior Architects on projects from concept design to handover - Manage the design and delivery for a range of project types in various settings - Ensure project alignment with client design goals and strive for excellence in design - Collaborate with team members, digital designers, and project stakeholders to develop design concepts - Lead communication between project team, clients, PMC, Contractors, and consultants - Anticipate and resolve complex technical and design issues during the project - Provide design and technical guidance to resolve challenges - Conduct periodic meetings with Clients and Consultants to coordinate architectural needs - Maintain and nurture existing client relationships Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in architecture; master's degree preferred - Extensive portfolio of work, preferably in Real Estate and corporate campuses - Demonstrable experience in large projects - Experience in leading, managing, and mentoring project teams - Strong creative and visualization skills - Good interpersonal and presentation skills - Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills Apply with your resume & portfolio at info@urbanframe.com,
