As a professional in this role, your primary responsibilities will include: - Understanding and analyzing client requirements to provide appropriate solutions. It is crucial to have a comprehensive understanding of both business and technical requirements for LOS / LMS changes or enhancements. Furthermore, obtaining approval from various departments such as operations, product, credit, and finance for requirement specifications is essential. - Managing JIRA Sprints and overseeing deliveries for LOS and LMS application. Ensuring the proper implementation of JIRA processes for all change requests related to the LMS application. - Working towards standardizing APIs and products to facilitate seamless integration with third-party partnerships. This involves grasping the fundamentals of underlying systems and interfaces, creating parameterized information for data exchange between systems, and ensuring the publication of standardized APIs to third parties. - Contributing to LMS product design by innovating new products that provide a competitive advantage to the Consumer Finance business. Collaborating with the product department to conceptualize, document, design, and develop new product concepts. Additionally, designing and delivering LMS product features and utilizing tools like JIRA storyboards, information architecture blueprints, and prototypes to gather feedback and enhance the design process iteratively. - Demonstrating a solid understanding of digital and lending operations alongside their respective processes. Providing assistance in addressing audit queries related to the core LMS application and ensuring a flawless audit process for the Digital LMS Application. - Upholding project management standards by ensuring quality and timeliness in all projects. Developing comprehensive project plans, monitoring adherence to these plans to guarantee project completion within set timelines, and reviewing the final output to ensure the desired quality standards are met.,
