Team Lead Accounts Payable

The job is located in Koramangala, Bangalore and is a Full-Time position requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience. As a key member of the team, your role will involve various responsibilities to ensure operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include team leadership and management, operational excellence, issue resolution, stakeholder management, compliance, and controls. You will be expected to review and validate team members" work, provide training and upskilling opportunities, monitor daily operations, identify process improvement opportunities, handle complex queries, ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements, and maintain accurate documentation. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic accounting principles, as well as foundational understanding of Bookkeeping, GST, and TDS. It is also essential that you are fluent in English and Telugu, possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, time management abilities, and have experience in effectively managing customers and multiple stakeholders.
