The TeamEx is the team-building vertical of Unified Sports & Events. We conduct team-building activities and experiential programs for corporates, schools, universities, and social gatherings.

Role Overview:

Squid Games, F1 Car Building

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage end-to-end production and logistics for team-building programs, including planning, coordination, and on-ground execution.

- Oversee setup, live execution, and breakdown of experiential activities (e.g., Squid Games, F1 Car Building).

- Coordinate with vendors, facilitators, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Conduct site visits, safety checks, and compliance reviews for all activities.

- Maintain inventory, manage procurement, and track material utilization efficiently.

- Prepare budgets, production timelines, post-event reports, and resolve real-time operational challenges.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  3 years

  of experience in team-building operations, experiential production, or activity-based event logistics.
• Strong understanding of logistics planning, vendor coordination, and production management.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under fast-paced, on-ground conditions.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel for team-building programs as required.
