Job Description

As a Customer Support Engineer at our company, you will have the following responsibilities: - Attending calls from customers and providing on-time support - Examining spare parts and modification fixtures and ensuring the test chart - Providing support either through remote assistance or onsite visits to customer locations - Troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, and other mechanical systems - Preparing and sharing RCA reports and lesson learned documents regarding breakdowns and service support - Interacting with suppliers and coordinating rework activities - Conducting onsite mechanical installation and modification tasks - Understanding new modification activities onsite and coordinating with the design team Qualifications required for this role: - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - 3+ years of experience in Machine Assembly and Automation Field,
